AboutMe

I've been through a lot over the past 20 years in this industry. I've worked in everything from software development, web design, email design, online games, widgets, social media, seo, and even through special effects and 3D animation for video. There are so many different hats that I've worn not one single title can sum them all up.

My clients include FedEx, Ford, VMware, Bridgestone, Verizon, AT&T, Sprint/T-Mobile, Sherwin Williams, St. Jude's, Time Warner, Disney, Coca-Cola, Nike, Delta, The Atlanta Braves, General Motors, Apartment Guide, March of Dimes, CHOA, Realtree, Food Lion, DryBar, and many others, and the list continues to grow as I create new relationships every day.

My first professional website was built when I was 15 years old, for the Alabama Cosmetology Association (ACA) back in 1997, and consisted of a bunch of static pages, a rate sheet, and a contact form. It was truly a masterpiece of tables and inline sytles, and I'm sure it would have impressed many. Fast forward to 2024 and you'll find me behind the architecture and development of cutting edge marketing solutions that lead the world's top brands. I stay on top of industry trends and technologies because I want my clients to succeed. I work for them, I produce results for them, and I continue to exceed expectations.

I strive to be a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to web and interactive content. Through college I focused more on desktop application development, but being naturally attracted to more visual and artistic content, I fell into web design and motion graphics. I then moved into Flash Animation, creating very sleek and motion intense websites, now it's settling down into clean, well structured makers of impact. Being from that C++ and VB background, the object-oriented coding and logic aspect comes rather easy for me, so learning new languages comes fairly quickly. However, more importantly, I live by the below quote.

"It's not a language or a tool that makes a good developer. It's the ability to conceptualize a task, understand the logic to solve the problem, and progressively think through and future proof the solution."
